BharatBenz debuts at Excon with the broadest range of tippers
For the first time, Daimler India Commercial Vehicles Pvt. Ltd. (DICV) with its exclusive brand –BharatBenz debuted at the Excon exhibition 2015 in Bengaluru. Excon is the largest construction equipment exhibition in South Asia. BharatBenz displayed 11 trucks from its construction & mining range of products including India‟s first indigenized mining truck 3143 making an indelible mark at its first public fair in the country.

BharatBenz gets its whole range ready with Bharat Stage IV
Daimler India Commercial Vehicles Pvt. Ltd. (DICV), a 100% wholly owned subsidiary of Daimler AG, Stuttgart, Germany, today announced that its entire range of above 9 to 49 tonne trucks in current portfolio will now be available in Bharat Stage IV variant across the country. With its new range of buses set for market launch in September 2015, DICV is also offering the Bharat Stage IV variant for the school and staff applications in the front engine 9T bus product range.
DICV plant in Oragadam: Start of Production of BharatBenz and Mercedes-Benz buses
Today, the first BharatBenz bus has rolled off the production line at the Daimler India Commercial Vehicles (DICV) plant in Oragadam. The start of production marks the beginning of another chapter in DICVs success story as it becomes a full-fledged CV manufacturer in the Indian market. The buses are designed and manufactured keeping the evolving market needs and consumer expectations in mind to establish new standards in the Indian bus segment.
